9. PEPCO SMART METER PRESENTATION
Decision Required: None.
Pepco will be making a presentation regarding their smart meter technology.
10. INTRODUCTION CAR-3-12 REFERENDUMS
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
The Mayor and Council have asked for legislation to be prepared to make the Charter referendum and Code referendum percentages the same. Also, that certain monetary issues be removed from the referendum process.
11. SECOND READING O-3-12 AMENDING OFF STREET PARKING SECTION
Decision Required: Whether to move to second reading.
This ordinance is a housekeeping matter that is being proffered by the Town Attorney for the sake of clarity and continuity.
